At Snowdon,

we are

relentlessly

resourceful

As we look back at the businesses Snowdon has invested in over the last 10 years, a common theme emerges. It is one of exceptional people coming together to drive outcomes with limited resources and unlimited audacity. We have partnered with entrepreneurs, employees and investors that have all embraced this philosophy. They are the people who make it all happen, and they’re just getting started.

Our Values

  • People matter more than plans

A perfect plan can fall apart without the right people aligned towards a common objective. With great people, no challenge is insurmountable, and no plan is out of reach.

  • Live and work authentically

When you bring your whole self to work, magic happens. We believe that life is too short to be lived inauthentically, and that spills into everything we do.

  • Deliver excellent work

We don’t like to simply clear the hurdle, we like to float above it, knowing that we have pushed ourselves to achieve excellence.

  • Act with resolve

Once we make a decision, we act with unwavering commitment and embrace the momentum, as it sets us apart from the competition when it matters most.

  • Own it

Active ownership leads to great outcomes. This means rolling up our sleeves and finding a solution when faced with a challenge. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Remarkable outcomes are possible,
and they exist outside of your
comfort zone

Howard Schultz, founder of Starbucks, said that “success is empty if you arrive at the finish line alone”. The people on our team not only define our potential and enable our results, they make it all worthwhile.
